California Low cost dental plan for braces on a minor

My current dental insurance plan does not offer coverages for braces kids or adult.  My X wife is telling me that my son needs to have braces.  Now I have to pay for them regardless which is fine he my son and if he needs them he needs them.

However I still would like to get him a plan that will help me pay for the braces he needs to have.  Something without waiting periods since my X wants him to start getting them by Jan of next year.
