Dental Insurance and Discount Plans for Individuals, Family and Group Dental.

I live in Texas and I am looking for dental insurance for myself. However my boss stated if I can find a good low cost dental plan he would help pay for it. For myself I want a plan that does not have waiting periods and something I can use right away.

We have another employee that has a family so I not sure if there are any group plans that my boss can get us for just two employees but can you suggest a good option on how get have my boss help pay for our dental plans.
