   Well if you are address the issued about dental benefits that you may received from your job then many times that is just something added into your medical benefits and not somthing your employer has to even provide as a benefit.

   That said if they do offer dental they may be getting a low cost plan in order to save money. This is just something that depends on your employer and an issue you may want to address with them.

   However for buying dental insurance for yourself and or your family the choice is up to you and there are many good dental insurance and dental discount plans depending on your needs and what you may want out of a dental plan.

   I would not agree that there is no good dental insurance plans. in Florida or any where else in the US for that matter. It really up to what you may want in a plan and the different plan types that may address your needs the best.

   I agree if you are talking about group dental plans you get as part of your work benefits that is not something I can areally adress since that is up to your job and what they offer.

   In general employers get dental PPO plans for their employers so that their employees can either stay with their dentist or use dentist in the network.

   I agree that dental insurance should not be an luxury. I think you should be happy that your job is offering any dental benefits my sure as heck does not.

   I have to buy my own dental insurance for my family. I do not recal a job that offer more then medical benefits. My family dental plan I have is though Delta dental that I got on line.

   I sugguest reviewing the dental dental plan that is available to you in your state. You may like it better if you got your own family dental like I did.

   But we also offer dental insurance plans where you can stay with your own dentist offer though Delta dental and Nationwide as well as Standard Life.

   I sugguest reviewing the different dental plan options we have to offer and see how they compare to what you are currently getting offer to you though your job.
