Dental 4 Less – Food, Drinks and Cavities
Certain foods and drinks. Foods that tend to cling to your teeth for a long time, such as milk, honey, sugar, soda, dried fruit, cake, cookies, hard candy and mints, dry cereal, and chips are more likely to cause decay than foods that are easily washed away by saliva. This does not mean you can not enough such foods and drinks, just make sure to brush and floss your teeth well after having them. Also see your dentist regularly for your dental checkups and cleanings.
