Dental insurance plan I can buy now and use tomorrow.
So I am looking for a dental insurance plan that that I can buy now and see a dentist tomorrow. One without waiting periods.

Since if you are you will need to find a plan that your dentist participates in and or get a dental insurance plan were you can choose your own dentist much like a PPO or a dental Indemnity plan. Yet those type of dental insurance plans will generally have waiting periods.
If you are willing to choose a dentist in a plan net work then you may want to look at a dental HMO Insurance plan or a dental discount.
Dental HMO typically do not have waiting periods but they do have enroll cut of date. Such as you have to buy it on or before X day of the month for the plan to be made effective for you the first of the following month.
Since you stated you wanted to buy a plan today and see a dentist the next day, you may also want to review dental discount plans. Dental discount plans are not insurance but they do help to reduce your dental care cost at participating providers in the plan. They also generally start the next business day of when you buy the plan.
