New York Dental Insurance for Braces, Adult braces and dental coverages
New York orthodontic dental help: I am finding it hard to find dental insurance that offers brace coverages for an adult. The few dental insurance plan that I seen will only offer orthodontic coverages to child up to age 19. What do 28 years do when they want to have braces to fix their teeth? Need a dental plan so I can afford to have braces.

My husband had the same problem He had some gapping issues that he wanted to fix. The dentist advise him to have braces and not veneers and braces where a more affordable option.
However is current dental insurance we get from is job did not offer adult braces and neither did any dental insurance plans we were able to find on line.
We turned to getting a dental discount plan. At first since we never use a dental discount plan I was worried we really would not save any money and that it was not worth getting one. But we called around in the plan network and found out the saving they offer were really good.
So we got a dental discount plan called Dental Save Plus. If that plan is available to you in your state I would suggest looking at that one first.
Otherwise I am sure most discount plans work the same. Make sure you call the provides in the plan to confirm they are still accepting it and what your discounted saving would be.
