Affordable monthly dental insurance plans for Texas

Out here in TX just shopping out my dental insurance cost.  I am up for my open enrollment at my job again.  Right now my share of cost for my dental benefits is 25.00 .  Which is not to bad I know but it maxes out at $1000.00 and it seems whenever I use it I am always over a UCR fee so I wine up having to pay more for my dental services.  Can you make any suggestions

    If you are going to keep your work plan have the dentist you are going to submit your dental services to the company before having the work done.

    That way if you are going to get hit with UCR fees you will know in advance what your true cost is going to to be.

    Otherwise shop out your own dental insurance plan and see what else is available to you.

    I say if you do not mind picking a dentist in a plan network of providers, then look at dental HMO insurance plan. The cost is laid out for you so you know what you have to pay. Therefore you do not get UCR fee charges with HMOs plans like you do with PPO plans.
