Dental health care, Wisdom teeth extraction

So I had two of my wisdom teeth removed and I am still bleeding from the extraction sites.  It has been one day already so how long will it take for the bleeeding to completely stop.   The taste of the blood is making me sick and the gauze is buging me.  Is there anything I can do to help speed things up?

Checking out your dental discount plans.

What advise can you give to someone new at buying dental insurance and or a dental plan?  I do not need much so a dental discount plan seem to fit my budget better.  However is there anything I should know?  It seems a little to good to be true, so I am a little leary.

I live out here in Kentucky and I am looking for a low month rate plan for dental insurance.   I have myself and one child.  Do I have to get a family plan or can I get a couple plan?  What are good dental plans that you do not have to pay much for?  I have a really tight budget so I really could use your help.

Oral health care, Red and sore gums

Just recently I notice that my gums have been hurting a bit and them seem redder then they normally do.  I brush twice a day and floss almost every day.  They do not bleed when I am doing that but they just kinda hurt when I do.  I read a little about gum disease but since I am not bleeding I am not sure that is what I have.  Can anyone advise?
