Oral Health care fighting bad breath
I need some help or some very sound advise. I have an issue with having bad breath. It is not terrible like I offend someone just by talking but I can not get too close to people without worrying about it.
I use to have mints or gum in my mouth at all times but my girl friend at the time would say how it bugged her that I am always chewing on something. I did not want to say why I do since she was the one that pointed out my bad breath in the first place. We are not together but I do like another girl and do not want my breath to be an issue. I would like some better advise then chewing gum or mints. Thanks

Sounds more like the girl friend you had at the time was a little to harsh on you. It may have been more about her then you having bad breath.
Has anyone else said anything? Like a mom or dad people like that who would tell you for your own good. If not ask one of them and see what they think.
Or ask a good friend. Someone you can trust that is not just trying to bash on you.

I have to agree sounds like it was your X that was the real problem she complains you have bad breath and complains when you are do what you can not to have bad breath. If no one else ever told you your breath was bad I would not worry to much about things.
Just make sure you are brushing well at least two times a day and floss daily. Also you may want to drink more water people never drink enough and it will help you if you do have bad breath.

Well I do not like gum chewing. Many people that I know smack their gum and that drives me crazy. If you do have a light bad breath oder you can use a mint or they have those strips that quickly melt in your mouth which really work great as well and no chewing nessary

It could be just the foods you are eating. My friend gets bad breath from dairy products. What you can do is get those small personal bottle of mouthwash so you can keep on you and rinse out your mouth when needed with out it being a big deal.
