Virginia Dental Insurance coverages, Panoramic X-ray Cost
I was told by my dentist that I should have a panoramic X-ray done. I not sure why but this is what being suggested. Most times I pay cash up front to the dental office for services since I do not currently have any dental insurance.
Now lately the dental cost keep going up and I need more expensive dental services. Can you advise how I can tell the cost of a Panoramic X-ray on your plans? Would getting a dental plan really help me?

If you are looking at dental discount plans for the most part any dental service that is not listed on the fee chart would then become a 20 percent savings.
So if you are reviewing a dental discount plan and do not see panoramic X-rays then you would at least get a 20 percent savings. Simple as that.
On a $8 – $10 a month dental discount plan how can you not see that you would be saving money. You get a discount off all your dental services render as long as you are going to a plan network dentist.
That may mean changing dentist but it sound like in your case that may not be such a bad idea.
