How can use both my current dental insurance and my ex-wife’s insurance plans for our children’s dental care needs?
My ex-wife uses my dental coverage for our kids dental care and does not use hers. However, I know it is effective. She maybe filing without my knowledge and pocketing the extra I pay due to the lack of her using it as a secondary through the dental office. I believe she is paying then submitting the bill to her insurance on her own for reimbursement.
How do I find out for sure if she is filing claims or have it added to her dental insurance for our kids? I feel that she has been scamming me like this for a long time and I have just naively sent her checks for the medical and dental bills. Things have gone smooth for her until I decided to mail the money directly to the dental office and then they started calling because I had overpaid. So now what do I do?
