Having good dental care during pregnancy?
I an pregant for the first time and I heard that for many peole they can start to have teeth and gum issues during pregnancy. A friend of my while pregant had dental issue she never had prior to her pregancy. Is it because the baby also uses up the mother’s calcium? I currently have really good teeth and I want to keep them healthy please advise what I can do to keep my teeth from having issued during pregancy.
