I have the Careington dental plan and it is a good over all dental discount plan that has saved me and my family on our dental cost. I found out about the Careington dental plan though my dental office.
However, I had to ask them if my dentist took any plans that could help me lower my dental cost for my family. Otherwise I may still be paying their normal pricing.
