Dental Insurance and ADA Codes.

I just went to the dentist after not going for the past five years due to cost.  My new job offer us dental benefits but I am finding out it not really going to help me all that much.  The dentist I saw under the plan is still quoting me over $1500.00 in dental care and that with my dental benefits I receive though my job.

I called the dental insurance company that have me with and they where saying that in order to confirm the cost of each dental service being quoted that they would need the ADA codes.  They will not call the dentist office and I have no idea what they are asking for me to get.  I call the dentist and they do not seem to want to give me much information.
