Finding Dental Insurance that has Professional Participating Dentist in their Plan.

I live in Orange County, California and in the past had dental plans that only seem to have really bad participating dentist that acted total un professional in my opinion. I would get dental insurance where I can go to any dentist I want but those plans are too costly and have to many limitations to deal with. Are there any good HMO dental insurance plans in California that uses professional participating dentist?
