Affordable Dentist and dental care in Georgia
Affordable Dentist and dental care in Georgia. I have a current dental PPO insurance plan that I get though my job. My share of cost for the plan is $20 a pay check so $40.00 a month. I had it now for over two years and my problem with it is that there are no affordable dentist.
At least to my dental insurance company because I am always getting hit with UCR fee for my dental services. I am not sure it this a bad plan or if the dentist in my area are really over priced but it is bugging me that I really not getting much help with regards to my dental care. Do you have any dental plans that do not have UCR fees or do you know where I can go that is more affordable so I am not going over cost and getting UCR fees. Thank you for your help.

May I ask if you are staying with in your dental plan network of providers? Normally on a PPO dental plan if you stay within the plan network you do not have UCR fees since their provider stay within the UCR fee cost. So I would look into that to see and if you are I would ask the dental insurance company for them to suggest a dentist to you.

We do offer dental discount plans that go by a fee schedule that set your discounted savings for many of the dental services so you know you cost.
We do also offer dental insurance but they do will go up to UCR cost. You may have dentist that are costly but I would see about shopping out the different dentist in your area.
You do know that you can submit your dental treatment plan to your insurance company before having the dental work started that way you know up front what your true costs are going to be.
