Affordable Monthly dental plans for New York

I need to have a dental plan but I can not spend more then $15 a month for one.  I am just looking for a dental for just myself.  I have little extra money but my teeth have been causing me trouble off and on and I know I need to see a dentist what do you have that can fix within my means.
